Garden Bertramka – Contains memorable stone “Mozart’s desk, a bust by sculptor Thomas Seidan It can be made to commemorate the 120th anniversary of the composer’s birth in 1876 (the celebration was also attended by A. Dvorak and Fibich Z.), sounding a fountain, a terrace and an auditorium.
Permanent exhibition brings together contemporary documents, prints, engravings, manuscripts, letters, pictures, music, musical instruments and other mementos of the visit Betramka Mozart and Prague. It contains some interesting documents on the history of the estate, and Mozart’s contacts with the leading Czech musicians, including his hosts and longtime friends Bertramka DuÅ¡eks.
The so-called Mozart rooms, which are likely to Mozart and his wife lived at Bertramka, to preserve the original wall decorations and baroque wooden ceiling, decorated with floral motifs. The exhibits include a unique bunch of Mozart’s hair and two keyboard instruments on which Mozart personally performed in Prague. Cherished memento of Duschek Josephine is a lovely enamel-decorated box, fitted with a peephole theater. In the garden you can see a bust of Mozart and a stone table at which according to tradition, Mozart wrote to Josephine Duschek concert scene and aria “Bella mia fiamma, addio!”
Descriptions of the exhibits are in Czech and English. Groups have the audio guide available in English, French, German and Japanese, along with musical examples. On request we also provide a live guided tours.

and CD ROM in Czech, English, French and German. Includes film Bertramkou walk, a virtual tour through the exhibition, 80 words, 140 illustrations and works created by Mozart in Prague and Prague.

The Bertramka by tram number 4, 6, 9, 12, 14 or subway, line B, Andel output. From the city center (the National class) you go by subway 3 stations, tram 5 stops. Cars and buses can come to the gate Bertramka at Mozart Street.
